How Do I Manage my On-campus Interview (OCI) Schedule

Pre-select Interviews - Following are instructions for viewing resumes of candidates in your pre-select pool and selecting candidates for an interview:

  • Log into Career Connections with your username and password.
  • Go to the Schedules tab.
  • Select Schedule List from the drop-down menu.
  • Scroll down and select the ID number that corresponds with your ACTIVE interview schedule.
  • Click the Manage Preselect field on the upper left side of the screen.
  • To select all students, put a check in the box to the left of "first name"; to select individual students, put a check in the box next to their name.
  • Scroll down and either select create packet or check email packet to self. This will create a packet with a list of the preselected students and their resumes.
  • Once you've reviewed candidates' resumes, click the accepted button next to the students you would like to interview (the remainder of students will automatically default to "not accepted" after your picks are saved).
  • Click on the Save Picks button at the bottom of the screen.
  • A list of candidate names will populate; review to make sure it is correct.
  • Click the Submit button at the bottom of the page.

Open Interviews - Following are instructions for viewing resumes of candidates' meeting your hiring criteria who have signed up for an interview:

  • Log into Career Connections with your username and password.
  • Go to the Schedules tab
  • Select Schedule List from the drop-down menu.
  • Scroll down and select the ID number that corresponds with your ACTIVE interview schedule.
  • Scroll down and click on the Session ID under Sessions
  • You will then see a list of time slots and corresponding student names.
  • Scroll down and either select create packet or check email packet to self. This will create a packet with a list of the students who signed up for an interview, and their resumes.
