How To Set Up a Virtual Video Interview (VVI) Schedule
- Create an account in Career Connections, the Career Center's automated recruitment system. If you don't have one, click here to establish a new account.
- Complete a Career Center Recruitment
Information Form (RIF).
- Once you have submitted this form you can expect a follow-up confirmation e-mail within 2 business days. Call 813-974-9728 if you have not received confirmation.
After we receive your RIF:
- Your VVI schedule will be advertised to candidates meeting your hiring criteria.
- Candidates will submit their resumes and VVI URLs during the (minimum) two-week period you've indicated for your schedule to be open.
- Within two business days after your VVI Schedule closes, a packet of qualified candidates' resumes/VVIs will be e-mailed to you, along with easy-to-use viewing instructions. (Please Note: an updated Media Player is needed to view VVIs.)
Once you've selected candidates for a face-to-face interview, you have two options:
- Contact candidates and schedule them for an interview at your site.
- Contact candidates and schedule them for an interview in the Career Center. To reserve a Career Center interview room call 813-974-9728.
