Notify any students you have met at other Career Center events, such as Career Fairs, that you will be conducting on-campus interviews and have them contact the Career Center for information on requesting an interview.
Consider holding an Information Session , or using one of our additional recruiting strategies, with students prior to your interview.
Utilize Career Connections Resume Search to identify qualified candidates and invite them to request or sign up for an interview with you on campus.
Make sure you have selected your Pre-select candidates by the specified deadline date.
Review resumes of candidates that have signed up for an interview time via Career Connections prior to your visit.
Notify the Career Center of any special requests prior to your visit (i.e. applications or materials to be given to interview candidates when checking in).
Provide recruiters visiting campus with all the necessary information (i.e. Career Center location, parking information, etc.)
Verify your interview schedule the day prior to your visit via Career Connections.
Arrive on time for your interviews.
Complete employer evaluations at the end of your interview day. The evaluation is located in the folder placed in your interview room.
