I am so grateful for the help of the Career Center. They were so kind and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions.

In addition to using their career counseling services, I also used the on-campus interview program and got my job as a TARGET executive team leader at the Career Center's Career Networking Fair.

I would highly recommend the Career Center to all USF students!

The "Career Development for Today" course helped me clarify some ambiguities regarding my future occupation.

Career assessments taken in the class revealed that I had the potential to succeed as an engineer. It also helped me narrow down the job opportunities in the field.

The course helps you discover your interests and values to help you find a career.

In my Junior year, I applied for and was offered a Co-op position at NOAA National Marine Fisheries Service via the Career Center's Cooperative Education program.

Each semester of my Co-op, the Career Center tracked my progress at NOAA and how it related to my degree. They also helped me with my resume and provided resources for applying to and interviewing with the Federal government.

After graduation, NOAA hired me as a full-time biologist, and I can honestly say that my success has been due in part to assistance from the USF Career Center.

I was thankful for the opportunity to get to know myself while earning a grade.

It can be hard to find a career and major that you both love doing and feel secure about in the job market. "Career Development for Today" made it easier.

The Career Center and "Career Development for Today" course helped me structure my resume and develop skills that are vital for entering the work force.

I began my college career in the Bulls  Business community and was able to network with prestigious companies, leading to an internship with Bulls Sports Marketing.  This internship showed me the value of integrating “real world experience” into my college years. I also interned with Northwestern Mutual, Raymond James & Associates, Raymond James Marketing, and Eagle Asset Management. Through the USF Career Fairs I obtained an internship with Raymond James Financial, and subsequently was hired as an Internal Wholesaler in their Asset Management Dept. I am currently pursuing a Masters of Finance at USF.

I became an Automation/MES Engineer with Emerson Process Management through the USF Career Networking Fair.

The Career Fair offers a wonderful opportunity to meet a variety of great organizations!

The USF Career Center offered me the tools for success in acquiring an internship with the Pediatric Cancer Foundation and then a full-time position with Dillards post-graduation. Thank you, Career Center and Go Bulls! A big shout out to Career Connections, which helped me land my college internship, which in turn helped me find my first full-time job out of college at Microsoft! All it takes is self-motivation and a desire to improve oneself. Propel yourself with greater momentum by taking advantage of all that the USF Career Center has to offer. You won't regret it. I became an Automation & Maintenance Execution Systems Engineer with Emerson Process Management through meeting valuable contacts at the Spring 2012 Career Networking Fair at USF!

Thanks to the Career Center, I now have a strong, holistic sense of what it is to be a business professional. When I go into interviews, I don't have to worry about acting professionally; it is second nature. That extra level of comfort allows me to focus instead on my strengths and competencies.

They also taught me about the importance of doing research before an interview, which is definitely something employers appreciate. It helped me get a number of interviews from networking at the Career Fair and it helped me secure my current job at Bisk Education.

The Career Center is an excellent way to expand your possibilities and learn about a variety of industry sectors and companies that are willing to use your skills and help you build your professional career.

Through the Career Fair I met my current employer, CB&I and its exciting Training Program. I am very thankful for being part of such a solid company right after graduating from USF.

I was so nervous about the quality of my resume before I came into the Career Center, but they helped me out.

Now I feel more confident and secure in my quest to find a job!

"Career Development for Today" was undoubtedly one of the best courses I have ever taken!

I found the curriculum to be extremely helpful in setting my career path, preparing me for the job search process, and even in getting a job.

Without the Career Center's help, I wouldn't be nearly as ready to begin my career. If I could give any student a word of advice, it would be to enroll in USF's "Career Development for Today" course.

Utilizing the Career Center's Co-op program I found a position as a Web Communications Support Student with SEMINOLE ELECTRIC Cooperative. Through this position I gained experience in my major that I can apply to any future positions.

The counselors at the Career Center were helpful and insightful when assisting me with my resume and interview skills. They are a definite factor in helping me finding an internship and to my professional maturation.

While working as a Career Peer Counselor in the Career Center I was able to utilize tools and resources I provide daily in my personal life.

I now have obtained a career in a field that is very difficult to get into but provides a host of great tips and tools to not only become successful but a leader.

The USF Career Center possessed the right mix of experienced and compassionate staff resources and flexibility for me to prepare for my medical school interview.

Accordingly, I had a phenomenol interview and was accepted into USF's MD program. All of the hard work and preparation paid off and I have the USF Career Center to thank for my success.

After three long months of interviews I finally secured a job offer with Blizzard Entertainment.

As an international student, I had to deal not only with everyday challenges but also those encountered by immigrants such as I who came to the United States hoping to find happiness, prosperity, and stability in life.

My success story has been made possible not only by my relentless dedication to my career, but also by people like my mother who helped me surmount the obstacles encountered by all international students.

I am also indebted to professionals like Ms. Roberta Muir at the Career Center who patiently guided me through the job search process.

Finding a job for post-graduation became one of my main goals a year prior to graduation and I took advantage of Career Center services to brush up on my interviewing skills and perfect my resume.

Following that, I attended the Career Fair, resulting in numerous callbacks and interviews. While staying active with my results from the Career Fair, I continued to search for on-campus interviews via Career Connections, all of which produced three job offers!

I am now a Sales Leadership Associate with the Coca-Cola Refreshment, University Talent Program Class of 2013.

I walked into the Career Center with a goal, a plan, and the drive to dedicate time to improving the skills needed to reach my goal –and all of my hard work paid off!
