Interested in interviewing with top Tampa Bay organizations, Fortune 500 companies and government agencies right here on campus?  Each semester, our  On-Campus Interview program invites local, state and national recruiters from a multitude of organizations to USF to conduct interviews for internship, cooperative education and full-time professional positions.
 
Interviews are scheduled through Career Connections, our automated recruitment system. To participate in on-campus interviews, an active Career Connections account and uploaded resume are required.

Two Types of Interviews:

• Open Method - interview method used by employers who will interview any candidate whose qualifications match their hiring criteria. Signups are on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Pre-Select Method - interview method used by employers who select interview candidates by pre-screening their resumes. Sign-ups are based on a structured time line.

Information sessions, hosted by employers, are a good opportunity to learn more about a specific organization. Information sessions are typically held on campus prior to the organization's on-campus interviews. A minimum of business casual attire is expected; professional attire is strongly encouraged.

Monitor your account. Recruiting schedules are dynamic. New interview schedules are added, dates changed and sometimes cancelled. So it’s important to check Career Connections daily during recruiting season. All interview schedule and employer information session date changes will be noted on Career Connections.

Employers interviewing in the Career Center this semester.  This list, available during the on-campus interview season, is for viewing only. To request an interview with any of the employers, you must have an active Career Connections account and meet the employer-specified qualifications for an interview.

Cancellation Policy – The Career Center has a stringent cancellation policy. Please read the policy thoroughly in order to avoid losing your interview privileges.
